EcoSummit preview: Urban carnivores and uneasy neighbors

A look at some of the presentations by CFAES scientists at EcoSummit 2012, which starts Sept. 30:

“Urban Carnivores: Special Challenges for Uneasy Neighbors” by Stan Gehrt, School of Environment and Natural Resources. Part of the symposium titled “Carnivore Conservation in Human-dominated Ecosystems: Ecological, Ethical, and Social Dimensions.” Oct. 5, 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Gehrt is chairing the symposium along with Jeremy Bruskotter of SENR and the University of Wisconsin’s Adrian Treves.
